Israel Bonds honoring DeSimone.

State of Israel Bonds' Long Island Division will honor Stephen V. DeSimone, president and chief executive of DeSimone Consulting Engineers, at a dinner on Monday, August 4, at 4:30 p.m. following the division's 12th annual Golf & Tennis Classic at Fresh Meadow Country Club in Lake Success.

The Classic is the most successful annual event in the Israel Bonds Long Island campaign, producing over $15 million in bond sales since 2004.

DeSimone, who joined the firm in 1988, has designed many high-rise and mixed-use projects in New York and around the country. They include Lincoln West, Lincoln Triangle, the MOMA/PS1 Contemporary Art Center, Millennium Place in Boston, 2200 M Street in Washington, and the Four Seasons Hotel and Tower in Miami, which won the American Council of Engineering Companies 2004 Platinum Award.
