In the July "Echoes from the Backyard" (p. 48), David Chandler-Gick provided some useful information about I Mag--the term used for live video projection for the audience. I'd like to add some comments.

Since you may be shooting from across the room, usually a long distance from the stage, your camera movements will be magnified. You will need a smooth tripod head and, if possible, a remote zoom controller such as a Varizoom or Zoe. You don't want to be jiggling the camera as you reach for the lens-mounted z
