As magazines and television programs have shown, our unpassable roadways are shameful, if not a scandal ["Road Rage" January 2005]. Anyone who risks traveling them proves this to be true, and it's only being denounced mildly. The government changes and nothing happens. Everyone complains, makes promises and, when in power, lets everything become increasingly worse. We're lacking
