GE Real Estate announced the appointment of Todd Del Tufo to director, North America equity. As director, Mr. Del Tufo is responsible for originating joint venture and preferred equity real estate investments through relationships with developers, brokers and property owners. For each deal, he performs

preliminary financial analysis of the partners, property, tenants, market, rent and sale comparisons, and he assists in data collection and market research. Prior to joining GE Real Estate, Mr. Del Tufo was an investment officer at CapitalSource, LLC, a commercial finance company. Before that, he was an acquisitions officer at Alex Brown Realty, Inc, a private firm specializing in joint venture equity for commercial real estate.
