Real estate company to open on King Street July 14. (The Buzz).(Brief Article)

All Pro Real Estate, which has 64 agents in the Seattle area and more than 700 in Utah, will be opening its first Bellingham branch at 1321 King St.

The company deals with land, home and commercial real estate and offers the agents it hires a 100 percent commission on sales if they pay a $195 standard monthly fee, along with administrative and insurance cost per transaction.

Carl Valente, the Bellingham branch manager, said the agents he will hire can work from home and use the Bellingham office as a place to meet clients. Space is also available for agents
