The Atidim high tech park just outside of metropolitan Tel Aviv will be expanded to meet the continuing demand for office space from the country's high tech industry. Most high tech industrial parks in Israel have been experiencing a slowdown in demand for space of late, but Atidim seems to be bucking the trend. The concentration of high tech companies in the park appears to be having a pull effect, causing new start-ups along with veteran Israeli high tech companies to compete for any space available in the park.
