Morlin Management Corporation Awarded Contract with Wells Fargo & Company.

LOS ANGELES -- Morlin Management Corporation, one of the leading property management companies in California, has been awarded a multi-year contract with Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:WFC), one of the country's largest financial institutions. Morlin's San Francisco office, headed by Senior Vice

President Gardner Combs, will supervise the building management contract for the 630,000 square-foot, 33-story Class A office tower located at 333 Market Street in San Francisco. Combs will oversee the management and planned facility upgrades, while Deanna Drake-Copelan will provide project management for the multi-million dollar planned infrastructure improvements for this landmark building.
