Developer Reveals Atlanta Mayor's Influence on Mixed-Use Project.

Oct. 27--Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin was more deeply involved in planning a $110 million mixed-use project near Little Five Points than had been publicly known, the developer revealed last week.
