BELLSOUTH AND MDU COMMUNICATIONS DEPLOY SERVICES TO MDU MARKET.

BellSouth Corporation (NYSE:BLS) and MDU Communications International, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: MDTV) have signed a non- exclusive, three-year Sales Teaming Agreement to jointly market and deploy services to the residential multi-dwelling unit ("MDU") market in the BellSouth territory.
