The British are going nutty for paint. According to a newly-published study of pan-European DIY habits by The Rohm and Haas Paint Quality Institute (www.paintquality.co.uk), British people not only spend more time decorating their homes than their German counterparts, but they seem to derive a great deal of pleasure from the activity too.
