* Ayush Kapahi obtained a line of credit for a client in the amount of $5,000,000.

GCP Capital Group LLC announced the following transactions:

* $13,500,000 for a fivestory elevator loft building containing 90 units, located on Taaffe Place in Brooklyn, New York. Adam Brostovski, principal, arranged the financing for this transaction.

* $1,200,000 for a two-story brick garden apartment building containing 18 units, located in New Jersey. Stephen Katz, senior associate, arranged the financing.

* $2,660,000 for a six-story walk-up apartment building containing 43 units and 4 stores, located on East 1524 Street in the Bronx, New York. Adam Brostovski arranged the financing.

* $3,700,000 for a five-story walk-up apartment building containing 16 units and 1 commercial space, located on Amsterdam Avenue in Manhattan, New York. Adam Brostovski arranged the financing.

* $2,300,000 for a fivestory elevator apartment building containing 28 units and 2 offices, located on East 81 st Street in Manhattan, New York. Matthew Classi, managing member, arranged the financing for this transaction.
