Coliseum Plan Gains Support in Mississippi.

Mar. 27--BILOXI, Miss. -- The Mississippi Gulf Coast Economic Development Council has come out in favor of a $72.4 million expansion of the Coast Coliseum and Convention Center and the 3 percent hotel tax increase that would pay for it.
