A third Spokane-area Exit Realty Corp. office will open this month.

The office will occupy 3,600 square feet of leased space at 1011 N. Argonne, in Spokane Valley.

Leif Tangvald, who will be the managing broker there, says the Valley office will open with 12 to 15 agents, and will have

room to accommodate about 20 more agents. "We're planning to be at our desks May 20, and we'll have a grand opening in June," he says.

Tangvald and Sabrina Jones-Schroeder will own the Valley office. JonesSchroeder also is a partner with her mother, Gregg Jones, in a 13,500-square-foot Exit Realty office at 421 S. Division near downtown, called Exit Real Estate/Gregg Jones & Associates. Jones and Jones-Schroeder also are partners with Don and Mary Guderjohn in an agency called Exit Real Estate North, which is based in 8,800 square feet of office space at 8524 N. Wall.

"We're all intertwined and working together," Tangvald says of the three offices.

Exit Realty has nearly 150 agents in its Spokane-area offices.

"We're experiencing incredible growth," Tangvald says. "By the end of summer, we expect the three offices combined to have over 200 agents. When we get these offices full, there's probably going to be future offices." Exit Realty, which is based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, is about eight years old. It has more than 800 offices and 26,000 field agents in North America.
