Asset Advisors LLC, a financial planning company, is set to sign a 10-year lease at 12th Street Village in Fairhaven, said owner Dick Donahue. The business will likely be moving into the 2,000-square-foot space by Jan. 1.

The company, which has three full-time employees and a student intern, currently has a 3,000-square-foot office at 12 Bellwether Way, No. 110. While the Fairhaven space may be smaller, the expenses are much less than its current building, said Donahue, who has been working in Bellingham since 1966.
