Edinburgh-based property group Miller Group is running the rule over the u500m (e785m) retail portfolio put up for sale last week by Kingfisher.
The portfolio of 15 retail parks - with Kingfisher's B&Q DIY arm as anchor tenant in each one - is one of the biggest of its kind to be placed on the UK market and competition from potential buyers is expected to be intense.
Miller, which has stated its intention of increasing its exposure to the buoyant retail property sector, is thought to be attracted to five development sites that form part of the sale.
