Inland Real Estate Sales Brokers Calumet Square for $2 Million.

OAK BROOK, Ill. -- Inland Real Estate Sales, Inc. brokered the sale of Calumet Square, a single-tenant retail facility housing Aronson Home Gallery, located at 777 River Oaks Drive in Calumet City, III., for $2 million.

"Originally the 39,936-square-foot-building was occupied by multiple tenants," said Inland Real Estate Sales Vice President and Managing Broker Rich Artman, who represented the seller in the sale. "Now, however, Aronson Home Gallery has expanded one of the spaces to become the building's sole tenant. Aronson's long-term triple-net lease will allow the building's new owner to be landlord of a single, stable tenant that will manage its own space. It's a tremendous profit opportunity with virtually no downsides for the new owner."

Rich Artman of Inland Real Estate Sales, Inc. and Stewart Katz of Coldwell Banker in Deerfield, III. were the selling brokers. The buyer was a private party.
