DENVER -- Opus Northwest, L.L.C., a full-service commercial and residential real estate development company, announced the addition of Michael Dailey as manager of real estate development.
Dailey brings extensive real estate portfolio management experience to Opus Northwest. His duties
Prior to joining Opus Northwest, Dailey served as real estate portfolio manager, where he negotiated sales and leasing contracts for a global portfolio. Dailey previously was a real estate project manager for the Trust for Public Land, where he negotiated the acquisition and sale of properties valued at $20 million. Dailey also served as a development officer with Centrefund Group and as a real estate representative with Safeway, Inc.
Dailey is a registered Colorado Real Estate Broker. He received a bachelor's in Business Administration from Menlo College in Atherton, Calif., and his law degree from the University of Denver.
