EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
WHILE 2007 was a fairly busy year for commercial brokerages, the perennial top two on the list, Marcus & Millichap and CB Richard Ellis, saw the value of their deals drop nearly $1 billion, combined.

Centers Business Management (CBM) debuted on the list this year in the 19th spot.
