Aug. 12--CEDAR FALLS, Iowa--If Mark Kittrell's plans work out, thousands of people around the country will soon depend on a little building in the Cedar Falls Industrial Park.

Kittrell's TEAM Property Management plans to build a 25,000-s...uare-foot building in the Cedar Falls Technology Park that will host high-tech hardware.

It would be the first state-of-the-art CoLo, short for colocation, data center in Iowa. The hardware within could host high-speed Internet acces
