Feb. 21--Gracious senior living in Orcutt Hummel Village is a unique new senior community being constructed in Orcutt. Tenants will share houses with private and common living areas in a gated neighborhood with basic housekeeping.
All eight houses will be completed this summer. Each house will have private one-bedroom or two-bedroom suites, and there can be up to six clients per house, said Joan Simonsen, leasing manager.
