Jun. 23--Friday After 5 is making lemonade out of the lemon the Owensboro-Daviess County Tourist Commission handed it this week.
When the commission Tuesday denied the free summer concert series' re...uest for $5,000 to sponsor its bluegrass concerts, Friday After 5 Chairman Todd Inman said the series was left in "a precarious position."
He was looking into his contracts with the bluegrass bands to see if any could be canceled.
