Dallas-based JPI, a leading national luxury apartment company and NAA member, was named a winner of the 2002 National Multifamily Customer Service Award for Excellence by CEL & Associates Inc. for the third consecutive year.

In 2002, more than 3,500 multifamily properties, encompassing nearly 800,000 units participated in the award program. Winners are selected based on survey results collected from hundreds of thousands of customers and residents. The award recognizes those firms that provide superior service to their customers, build industry awareness as to the impact of quality and service to the bottom line, and set national benchmarks from which others can measure their success.
Mid-America Apartments (MAA) communities won numerous regional honors in the Jacksonville, Fla., area, including Regional Manager of the Year.
Communities from NAA member MAA won six of the eight landscape awards presented by an alliance that included the Jacksonville Apartment Association on March 13. Properties were ranked on a score of 1-100, with a score of 86 earning a Bronze Award, 90 earning a Silver Award and 95 earning a Gold Award.
A Gold Award went to The Paddock Club of Mandarin. Silver Awards were given to Woodbridge at the Lake, Hunter's Ridge and Woodhollow of Jacksonville. Bronze Awards went to Marsh Oaks of Atlantic Beach and Lakeside Apartments of Jacksonville.
Nancy Nance, a Mid-America Senior Area Manager, was named the Jacksonville area's Regional Property Manager of the Year by the same association.
