Northrop Grumman's Electronic Systems sector, in Baltimore, has named E Suzanne Jenniches as vice president and general manager of its newly formed Government Systems Division. A 29-year veteran of Northrop Grumman, Jenniches has most recently served as vice president of the Communications Systems business unit for the company.
The Boeing Company has selected Michael Jenkins to fill the new position of president of Boeing UK. He will coordinate all company activities in Britain from offices in central London. Previously, Jenkins was vice chairman of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
Zeev Gofer has been named corporate vice president for marketing and business development of Elbit Systems, in Haifa, Israel. Previously, Gofer was corporate vice president for aircraft and helicopter upgrades and systems at Elbit. He replaces Ran Galli, who is taking a six-month leave of absence before assuming a new position in the company.
Alvis Vickers, in London, has made two additions to its board of directors. Mike Maiden is the new sales and marketing director responsible for international markets. Maiden joins Alvis Vickers from the U.K. Ministry of Defence, where he served as Middle East director in the Defence Export Services Organisation.
Mike Pope, formerly the head of business development at Alvis Vickers, has been appointed business development director. Pope spent more than 18 years at GKN Defence and was sales and marketing director at Engage (A GKN Westland Division) before joining Alvis Vehicles.
Ronald Hays has joined Maritime Telecommunications Network (MTN), of Miramar, Fla., as chief financial officer, a new position. Hays is a finance executive with 18 years of financial management experience, including 13 years in the wireless telecommunications industry.
