Northrop Grumman Corporation's Newport News sector, in Newport News, Va., has selected Becky Stewart as program director of Surface Ship and Submarine Fleet Maintenance. Stewart is responsible for all aspects of naval and commercial surface ship and submarine fleet maintenance, from pre-contract through delivery.

Newport News also tapped Allen (Lei) Kaufman to become vice president and chief information officer.

Meditech Inc., of Holly Hill, Fla., has appointed Kevin Curly to be vice president and chief operations officer. Previously, Curly was the company's director of engineering solutions.

Rockwell Collins has appointed John W. Burghese as vice president and general manager of Kaiser Aerospace & Electronics, a Rockwell Collins company in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Also, Bruce M. King has been named vice president and general manager for communication systems, in Rockwell Collins' Government Systems business.

In addition, Rockwell Collins has picked Kelly Ortberg to become vice president and general manager of Air Transport Systems in the company's Commercial Systems business.

Raytheon Company, headquarters in Lexington, Mass., has appointed Sue Baumgarten to the position of president of Raytheon International Baumgarten will lead the company's international efforts to capture new business, enhance customer relations, build a greater global presence, and coordinate worldwide operations.
