Drug-free schools

The Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools has almost $2 million for Foundations For Learning Grants. Deadline is July 30.

There will be four awards of about $248,000 each.

The goal is to:

(1) Deliver services to eligible children and their families that foster emotional, behavioral,

and social development; and

(2) Coordinate and facilitate access to the services available through community resources, including mental health, physical health, substance abuse, educational, domestic violence prevention, child welfare and social services.
