A form liner can permanently cast an image of the American flag into concrete.
The American flag can be permanently cast into concrete blocks, thanks to a form liner
Consisting of molded urethane mats, the liners are placed into the bottom of any standard, concrete block form. The finished block then includes the flag's image with inset stars and white stripes. Just apply concrete stain to color the flag: red for alternating stripes, and blue for the background around the stars.
The flag liner can be used with companion V-interlock block forms to create retaining walls, security fences, and other structures.
