Glenn Friedman is sending mountains of his company's work to India.
The managing partner of Metis Group LLC in New York hired two accountants and a secretary in that South Asian country to prepare hundreds of tax returns for him.
It is part of the way Mr. Friedman freed up 80 hours each week at his accounting firm so that four employees can "spend their time coming up with ideas and planning,'' he said.
