Expertise.Commerce

The Expertise.Commerce module -- which seamlessly integrates into all RealWorld accounting applications -- uses the Web to create a highly graphical virtual storefront that allows businesses both large and small to increase sales and reduce their bottom line by selling over the Web. A Java-based self-serve Web retail order entry application, Expertise.Commerce makes use of "closed-loop integration" to interact with the underlying accounting system. This permits dynamic updating of each accounting function as each e-commerce order is placed - including inventory reduction, customer balances adjusted, order files updated, sales commissions adjusted, sales tax and freight charges calculated and updated, and posting of transactions to the general ledger reflecting new sales.

Project Costing

RealWorld's Expertise.LAN Project Costing provides construction professionals, architects and builders alike with real-time tracking of project costs associated with materials - a capability critical for vendors to keep pace with the constant change inherent in their industry. Upon project completion, users can convert the project into a quantity of inventory items. Also included is a powerful estimating system with extensive customization capabilities. Using a unique "Work Packets" concept, a greater quantity of detail is enabled for projects - with the original takeoff quantity creating purchase orders for the cost items associated from the estimate.

Multi-Currency

The RealWorld Expertise.LAN Multi-Currency module makes international e-commerce easier to achieve.
