New Director and Chief Financial OfficerAppointed.

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 10, 1999--

(OTC BB:BIZN) Tuesday announced that Harold Rice has agreed to become the Company's Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Rice has at the same time been appointed to the Board of Directors.

Harold Rice serves

as the President and CEO of Midwest Accounting and Tax Service and the American Exchange Network, both of Kansas City, Missouri.

Mr. Rice is a charter member of the National Association of Trade Exchanges (NATE) and is also a member of the International Reciprocal Trade Association (IRTA). He was recently reelected to the Board of Directors of NATE, a nonprofit association founded in 1984 dedicated to the advancement of the trade exchange industry.

Mr. Rice received his Master's Degree from the University of Missouri's School of Administration in December 1973. He is the founder and principal of Midwest Accounting and Tax Service (1980) and the American Exchange Network (1982). Mr. Rice actively conducts accounting and barter seminars at NATE and IRTA. He serves as a consultant to numerous trade exchanges with reference to their internal accounting systems. He has also designed specialized barter accounting software which is currently in use across the country by many barter associations and which BIZN purchased the rights to arize barter similar to what eBay and OnSale webde or intended.
