RMH Names Deloitte & Touche Independent Accounting Firm.

RMH Teleservices, Inc. (Nasdaq NMS: RMHT) today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company's independent public accounting firm, replacing Arthur Andersen LLP.

Touche was made after an extensive evaluation process by the Company's Board of Directors, its Audit Committee and management team. The decision to change auditors was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and Arthur Andersen on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
