Neurotech Development Corporation (OTC BB: NURO) announced today that it has filed form 8K with the Securities and Exchange Commission appointing BDO Shanghai Zhonghua, a member firm of BDO International Inc as auditors
BDO International is the 6th largest accounting and consulting firm in the world. The selection of BDO Shanghai is based upon the high concentration of the company's primary business in China. BDO has offices in the countries where Neurotech transacts business inclusive of the United States, Indonesia and South America.
