Just added is an original essay by Eduard Prugovecki, professor emeritus at the University of Toronto who earned a Ph.D. in mathematical physics from Princeton University.

In "Coordinated Group Decision Making: A Sociological Model for Future Democracies," Prugovecki explains that utopias

which advocated economic egalitarianism fell in disfavor along with communism at the end of the Cold War. Yet, economic egalitarianism is fully compatible with freedom and democracy.
