HP combining Imaging and Printing and Personal Systems Groups.
Hewlett-Packard Co., Palo Alto, Calif., is combining its Imaging and Printing Group and Personal Systems Group into the Imaging and Personal Systems Group (IPSG), led by Vyomesh Joshi, a 24-year veteran of HP, who served for three years as executive vice president of the Imaging and Printing
The move brings together the Imaging and Printing Group, responsible for the company's printer, imaging and supplies business, including projectors, and digital cameras, with the Personal Systems Group, which includes desktop and notebook PCs, handheld products, personal storage appliances, and workstations. Combining the two groups builds on the collaboration already established.
