George Holland joined Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, based in Richmond, Va., as managing director of information technology audit. Holland is based in the Raleigh, N.C., office. He joined CB&H from Ernst & Young, where he directed IT assurance and SOX 404 and 302 initiatives for sec-registered clients in the firm's Bermuda practice. Ellen R. Z. Rosen, MBA, JD, was admitted to partnership at Good Swartz Brown & Berns of Los Angeles. Rosen is based in the Sherman Oaks, Calif, office.
