Industrial engineering handbook available

The third and newest edition of the Handbook of Industrial Engineering: Technology and Operations Management, edited by Gavriel Salvendy, is now available from John Wiley & Sons.

97 of the book's 102 chapters have been revised, with three new sections on project management and seven new

chapters on supply-chain management and logistics. In addition, the 3rd edition expands its coverage beyond traditional industrial engineering into the areas of manufacturing, operations research, and technology management.
