DeMarzo Realty has brokered four rental apartments on Park Avenue, between 70th and 90th Streets, for an aggregate monthly rent totaling $58,500.

The four prewar apartments' rents range from $8,000 to $28,000.

The leases negotiated by the firm include:

Two-bedroom,

Two-bedroom, 1,600-square-foot apartment with maid's room, for a monthly rent of $8,000. Arlene Katz of DeMarzo Realty represented the tenant;

Five-bedroom, 4,000-square-foot apartment, for a monthly rent of $28,000. Anne DeMarzo of DeMarzo Realty represented the tenant and landlord, Carnegie Hill; and

Three-bedroom, 2,000-square-foot apartment with maid's room, for a monthly rent of $9,500. Barbara Heller of DeMarzo Realty represented the tenant and landlord.
