Homebridge teams with Trump to help buyers figure out costs.

Homebridge Mortgage Bankers, in partnership with the Trump Organization's newest luxury development, Trump Park Avenue, has created an online financial calculator that allows prospective buyers to determine the costs of purchasing an apartment in the new luxury tower.

"The financing

tool that we created exclusively for Trump Park Avenue is an excellent way to begin the Homebridge loan commitment process," said Jordan Harris, vice president Homebridge Mortgage Bankers.

The mortgage calculator tabulates the costs through a set of variables and formulas and arrives at a specifically tailored estimate.

Trump Park Avenue is located at 502 Park Avenue and contains 120 apartment homes.

"We are thrilled to be able to offer prospective buyers the advantage of financing their new home through one of the Manhattan's leading mortgage banking firms," said Laura Cordovano, director of sales Trump Park Avenue.

On the Trump Park Avenue Web site, potential buyers can learn about the neighborhood, the services and amenities and the unique architectural features of the building.

Web site visitors also have the opportunity to examine condominium floor plans, where they are able to access the Homebridge Mortgage Bankers mortgage calculator to determine the approximate cost of purchasing each available condominium.

Homebridge Mortgage Bankers is the preferred financing source for Trump Park Avenue residences.

Since entering the Manhattan market just five months ago the Homebridge Mortgage Bankers New York City office has originated approximately one hundred million in residential mortgages.
