Eaton Vance Closed-End Enhanced Equity Income Funds Declare Monthly Distributions.

BOSTON -- Eaton Vance Management, the Boston-based investment adviser, announced the monthly distributions declared on the common shares of two of its closed-end equity funds (the "Funds"). The record date for the distributions is December 22, 2006, and the payable date is December 29, 2006. The

ex-date is December 20, 2006. The distribution per share for each Fund is as follows:

The amount of monthly distributions may vary depending on a number of factors. As portfolio and market conditions change, the rate of distributions may change. At this time, the Funds believe that a portion of their respective distribution may be comprised of capital gains or a return of capital. The final determination of tax characteristics of the Fund's distributions will occur after the end of the year, at which time it will be reported to shareholders.
