Local Wisconsin newspaper the Juneau County Star-Times recently reported that Colwich, KS-based engineering firm ICM is considering the construction of a new ethanol plant in Necedah, WI.

According to the publication, the new plant could potentially create 40 new jobs in the locality.

The Star-Times noted that local officials plan to submit a list of questions to ICM regarding such concerns as "noise and air pollution, potential contamination of Necedah's water supply and stormwater and drainage issues."
