IMPCO Technologies recently announced a contract between IMPCO/BRC and Daewoo Motor Italia under which IMPCO/BRC will install Sequent fuel injection systems on new vehicles, "allowing the Daewoo vehicles to burn clean-burning propane...."
IMPCO noted that installation of the fuel injection systems has commenced at the BRC plant in Cherasco, Italy.
"Utilizing our advanced Sequent fuel injection system, Daewoo can meet current government emission requirements and consumer demand without investing in the upfront engineering and tooling required to be successful," said IMPCO chief executive officer Robert Stemmler.
