Two passengers injured during Kabo Air crash landing.

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2000 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

Passengers of a Kabo Air aircraft narrowly escaped death when the aircraft crash-landed at the Aminu Kano International Airport on the evening of 24 May.

The aircraft left the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos

and crashed when two tyres burst after the aircraft developed a problem in one of its engines and attempted to land.

Most passengers escaped the incident unscathed, however two people have been admitted to the Mallam Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital with injuries according to the Post Express.
