SkyEurope plans IPO in Austria - report.

Slovakia-based budget airline SkyEurope is planning an initial public offering (IPO) on the Vienna stock exchange in late August or early September, Austrian newspaper Die Presse said on Tuesday (12 July).

SkyEurope

would offer between 30% and 49% of its shares on the stock exchange, said the newspaper, quoting anonymous stock exchange sources.

An IPO is one of the carrier's options, said a spokesperson for SkyEurope, declining to make further comments.
