CAE to provide training for four airlines.

CAE, an advanced simulation and controls equipment and integrated training solutions company, has reached training agreements worth approximately CAD25m with four airlines.

The company has formed a ten-year agreement

with Air New Zealand and additional agreements with American Eagle, Atlantic Coast Airlines and South African Express Airways.

Under the agreement with Air New Zealand, CAE will work with European aircraft manufacturer Airbus SAS to provide flight-training for the airline, this will be followed by additional training from CAE. The company will also install an A320 Full Flight Simulator at the Air New Zealand Training Centre in Auckland by the end of 2003.

CAE has signed a one-year contract with American Eagle for Bombardier CRJ700 pilot training and has reached an agreement with Atlantic Coast Airlines for Bombardier CRJ200 training. South African Express Airways has signed a three-year contract for Bombardier CRJ200 and Dash 8 FFS training.
