Midwest Airlines to offer additional service between Milwaukee and Florida.

Midwest Airlines has released schedules for additional direct service between Milwaukee and some Florida destinations, as well as increased frequency on popular peak-season routes.

The airline will reportedly offer

daily direct service between Milwaukee and Ft Myers from 14 October 2006 through 30 April 2007. In addition the airline will begin direct service between Milwaukee and Ft Lauderdale on 1 October 2006, a service currently operated via Kansas City.

Midwest said that it will also add second daily direct roundtrips during peak travel periods to meet customer demand for travel to Ft Myers, Ft Lauderdale and Tampa from 16 November 2006 through 30 April 2007.

Flights between Milwaukee and Florida are operated as Midwest Airlines Saver Service.
