German courts should deal with Ryanair case - claim.

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2002 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

Ryanair's recent complaint about German carrier Lufthansa's efforts to block its advertising in Germany - filed with the European Union Competition Commissioner and Transport Commissioner - is a case for German courts,

according to a European Commission source.

The source, who asked not to be named, said that the complaint concerns regulations for adverts in Germany and therefore it should be a case for German courts rather than the European Commission, Reuters reported.
