Four tenants have made multi-year lease commitments at Manalapan Corporate Plaza, a new, 86,750 s/f, class A office building at 195 Route 9 South in Manalapan, N.J., announced Joseph Sarno, of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc. Taylor 9 South Associates LLC, a partnership that includes Dalton Properties and New York Giants running back Ron Dayne, completed construction of the two-story building on a speculative basis in August.
Countrywide Home Mortgage, one of the nation's leading residential mortgage producers, leased 6,700 s/f on the first floor of Manalapan Corporate Plaza.
World Savings, a full-service consumer financial services company, opened a new office at the building. The firm leased 4,600 s/f on the second floor. Cushman & Wakefield represented Manalapan Corporate Plaza, while Frank Schofield, of NAI Fennelly, represented World Savings.
Anslow & Jaclyn LLP, a law firm, leased 4,500 s/f on the second floor of Manalapan Corporate Plaza.
Picture Perfect, a newly formed company, has established its headquarters at Manalapan Corporate Plaza, leasing 4,100 s/f on the building's second floor. The firm manufactures oral healthcare, cosmetic and medical products for the consumer market. Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the transaction.
Designed by Saizan, Schneider & Winkler Architects, Manalapan Corporate Plaza features a 4,000 s/f atrium lobby, with a central fountain, glass elevators, marble floors and fine finishes.
