APARTMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS

Landlord has promulgated the following Rules and Regulations in order to provide for the orderly, safe and peaceful use and enjoyment of the leased premises and common areas by the Tenants.  The observance of these requirements will help maintain high standards and ensure a pleasant atmosphere in which to live.  In addition to the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement, Tenant agrees to comply with these Rules and Regulations and to ensure and be responsible for compliance by all other persons present on the leased premises.  Tenant agrees that failure to comply may, at Landlord’s option, be deemed a breach of the Lease Agreement.  The Rules and Regulations are as follows:
 
1.  The sidewalks, courts, entry passages, halls, and stairways shall not be obstructed, or used for any purpose other than that of ingress and egress.  Motorcycles shall be parked in the area designated for all motor vehicles.
