Notice By Lessor of Termination of Residential Lease and Demand for Unpaid Rent Notice is hereby given that, under the lease agreement between (name of lessee) and (name of lessor), dated (date of agreement), by which (name of lessee) leased from (name of lessor) that certain apartment described as follows: (number of apartment, name of apartment complex, street address, city, county, state, zip code), said lease is in default as follows: a. Back rent payments of $______________ are unpaid and in default; and b. You have failed to return the keys to said apartment as required by said lease. Because of your abandonment of said apartment and failure to pay rent as required by said lease, said lease was terminated effective (date). Unless you pay to the lessor the sum of $____________ and return said keys to the lessor at the address set forth in said lease by (date), the undersigned lessor will take all necessary legal actions to recover said back rent and keys.
