* A $750,000 loan for a 4,000 s/f store on Knickerbocker Ave. in Brooklyn, N.Y. E. Robert Vegh and Jayson Schwartz negotiated the transaction;

* A $3.938 million loan for a 13,813 s/f store on Chestnut St. in Washington,

* A $6.125 million loan for two drug stores totaling 30,000 s/f in Boise, Idaho and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. E. Robert Vegh negotiated the transaction;

* A $1.6 million loan for a store on 1-81 in Wilkes Barre, Penn. E. Robert Vegh and Malcolm Jacobs negotiated the transaction;

* A $950,000 loan for a two-story, 5,500 s/f bank building in Staten Island, N.Y.E. Robert Vegh and Jeffrey S. Horowitz negotiated the transaction.
