Column Financial announced its Connecticut office has financed a 11,750 SF retail project in Vernon, Conn. for $750,000 on Dec. 7, 2000. The property, Rockville Retail, was built in 1971. The financing was structured as a 10-year term, 30-year amortization, with a fixed-rate of 8.60%, 71% LTV, and a 1.38x. The class C Retail asset currently enjoys a 100% occupancy.
